Very nice hotel, modern decoration, big and very confortable rooms, clean and brand new. Very gentle employees and an attractive ambience. Very recommended. I felt like home.

Not very close to the nighttime attractions and commerce of Palermo Soho, but taxis in Bs As are not very expensive, and a walk to Palermo Subte station is a nice option. A boliche right in front of the hotel is sometimes noisy for the room with balcony.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bathroom, bathtub, excellent kitchen and care about everyone. The staff are very amiable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

ilum experience home in buenos aires was a pleasant surprise! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool area was fantastic, and the room was comfortable with great wifi. the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and easy transportation options.

Terrace furniture was lacking.

We had a very nice stay in İlum Experience in Apr/11. It's a brand new hotel, nicely designed/clean rooms and very friendly service. Good value for money... Would definetely reccomend.

This hotel was very comfortable, the bed was clean and comfortable, pillows fresh and comfortable... everything about the room comfort was excellent. Additionally, the sauna on the top floor was quite nice, but they should regularly monitor the jacuzzi, since as it is outdoors and open to the air, there were lots of 'things' floating in the water, which if they would come up once an hour and scoop with a pool net would not be the case. A very easy thing to fix, and then the jacuzzi would be more comforting for the guests. The restaurant was limited in selection, but delicious nonetheless. Their approach to serving only organic foods is wonderful, and breakfast was delicious each day (fresh fruit and veggie juices, breads, fruits...)

The internet in this hotel is so incredibly slow, it was like using dial up. It was so slow that it caused problems for me. I was a business traveler, and I literally could not do my emails for work in this hotel. Instead, I had to use the extremely expensive data roaming on my iPHone, just to be able to download and send emails, and this cost should not ever have to be incurred by a business traveler staying in a hotel that offers internet. For a brand new hotel, this was an extremely disappointing let down.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it's close to endless great restaurants and located close to the main center of Palermo Soho. the room itself was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. the breakfast served here was decent with good options available.

The gym area at this hotel was poorly maintained and in need of some upgrades.

Excellent location in Palermo, superfriendly staff speaking all kinds of unexpected languages. Amazing breakfast, super sleeping compfort. Nice hot-tubs on the roof. We will come again!

nothing negative in general BUT there is a construction currently going on on the garden side, (oct 2012, so if you want a quieter room, go book the street side. - after complaining they transfered us over to the other side.(very friendly staff)

The staff at Ilum Experience Home were extremely attentive during our stay. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, which was wonderful. One of the things we loved about this hotel is its location - it's only a 10-15 minute walk from Ministro Carranza subway station, making it easy to explore the city. we had a special stay at Ilum Experience Home.
